We completed a stunning tenant improvement for luxury Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli at their flagship boutique on iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. The approximately 5,850 square foot, two-story space was transformed with custom millwork, new flooring, a comprehensive lighting upgrade, and a showstopping dual-sided grand staircase that connects both levels in true Cucinelli style.
